Datin Norzihan graduated in Economics and Politics from the University of Wales, Swansea, United Kingdom. She also has a diploma in Psychology from the Linguistics Council of Singapore. She started her career at the Treasury Department at Bank Bumiputra Malaysia (BBMB) as a bond trader in US Treasury, Japanese bonds and French OATs bonds.
She later moved to CIMB Treasury and was also an institutional dealer for Kenanga International. She left banking to pursue her interest to become an entrepreneur. She started her involvement in fashion in 2015 and earned recognition as an ‘Industry Leader Influencing The Global Modest Fashion’ from Thomson Reuters and Dubai Development Economy Corporation.
In the same year, her company Sheikhahub was made a case study by renowned Middle-East think-tank Salaam Gateway as ‘successfully connecting designers and buyers’. In November 2019, she was awarded as the ‘Most Inspiring and Creative Professional’ by the Indonesian Performance Center supported by the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises (KUKM) of the Republic of Indonesia. She is also included in the 3rd Edition of the Encyclopedia of Successful Malaysians.
She is a certified trainer under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). Datin Norzihan is the founder and Managing Director of Ruang Cikgu Sdn Bhd since its inception until November 2020.
Latt Omar studies in the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Melbourne Australia. He has also attended the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) in China for language courses. At secondary level education, he attended the Malay College of Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) in Malaysia, the Scotch College of Melbourne, Australia and the Vajiravudh College of Bangkok, Thailand.
Latt Omar is an elected member of the Malaysian Youth Parliament (2019/2022) where he sits in the parliamentary special committee for Education. He also champions mental health issues and has published writings on the subject matter. He was the Program Assistant at the Asia Foundation, headquartered in San Francisco, USA overlooking a financial literacy awareness project and led the distribution plan for the Asian books
Program.
In 2017, he was given the honour to speak at the United Nations General Assembly Hall (UNGA) in New York City, United States of America and was appointed a Global Peace Ambassador at the International Young Leaders Assembly (IYLA). He has also participated in an international young leaders program at the World Bank headquarters in Washington DC and was invited to speak at the United States Congress in 2017. Latt Omar was Co- Director of the Malaysian Youth Leaders Assembly graced by the Malaysian Prime Minister and over 5000 participants from Malaysia and the ASEAN region in 2020.
Latt Omar has extensive local and international networking with business, political and education activists and youths leadership especially in the Asia Pacific, Southeast Asia and North America regions. Latt Omar is a certified virtual learning facilitator under the DRB-HICOM University, Malaysia. Latt Omar is a co-founder of Ruang Cikgu Sdn Berhad and has been its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since November 2020.
Nurazhar Rohaizat

Nurazhar graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) in Net-Centric Computing and Computer Science from the Universiti of Technology Mara (UiTM). He has experience over 10 years in areas of front-end to back-end technological systems design and development.He has been involved in the development of cyber-security for fraud detection systems, KYC (know your customer, from Identity card, driver license & Passport scanning), audit trailing, encrypted transactions and security token besides being involved in developing third party system integration for financial technology (FINTECH).
He also develops the School Management System, Biztunai Accounting System, Myaladdinz Mobile Application and Bereavement Care System. He is also involved in the design and development of cryptocurrency products namely Cryptocurrency Exchange P2P, local bitcoin market and New Tycoon Plus Crypto Mining, Newtycoonplus and Kozyla App.
He is experienced in design, coding, front-end and back-end development, system support. Development and design UI / UX, CakePHP, & Ruby on Rails, Codeigniter, Laravel, MySQL, Javascript, Jquery, GIT Repo, Wireshark, GTmetrix, Google Pagespeed Insight, Codeigniter PHP framework, JSON and AngularJS.

Dato' Latt Shariman Abdullah
Dato’ Latt has extensive experience in the corporate, public service and administration field. He graduated from the prestigious Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) before pursuing a law degree at the International Islamic University Malaysia. He began his practice as an advocate and solicitor and has been a member of the Malayan Bar Council since 1995.
He has served at senior positions with the Malaysian Government from 2005 to 2014, serving several ministries namely, the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Finance, the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) and the Prime Minister’s Office. He was also the Chairman of the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional in 2017 and has sat on a few public listed companies.
He studied Public Administration at the Universiti Teknologi MARA and has attended management courses at the University of Cambridge and Stanford University and is currently a doctoral candidate at the Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He was served as a Council Member and has sat on the Advisory Board of the National Association for Communications Technology Industries of Malaysia (PIKOM). Dato’ Latt is an honourable member of the Council of Justices of Peace (JP) of Kedah.
Mohd Rashdan Ramlee
Rashdan is a graduate from Purdue University, USA with a double Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. He is an alumnus of Stanford's Executive Design Thinking Program e@Stanford with MaGIC. Rashdan has extensive experience, from conceptualism of business models, marketing, expansion to funding brands and intellectual properties, which were later distributed to 32 countries with value totaling more than RM100 million.
He has also developed more than 5,000 entrepreneurs under his apprenticeship programmes who are currently serving in the technology development industry. He is currently the President of Starc.Asia, a technology think-tank dedicated to providing thought leadership on the application of emerging technologies including enterprise data analytics, block-chain, artificial intelligence, augmented reality and augmented intelligence.
He was awarded silver medals at Malaysian Technology Expo MTEX, International Innovation and Technology EXPO ITEX and gold medal at PECIPTA. He also sits as an expert evaluation panel member for new technology funding for MDEC and TERAJU grants.
